Wonderful Cuisine and Memorable Dining

We endeavour to make every meal an occasion whether it's in a traditional restaurant in our hotel or at a favourite intimate local restaurant. Many special lunches and dinners are included in each itinerary so that our guests can savour wonderful regional cuisine and local delicacies, and enjoy a glass or two of local wine. Here are just a few included on tour:

	Dine in the home of an Italian family You are welcomed into the home of a lovely Italian family during your stay on the Amalfi Coast. They will prepare you a delicious lunch in their tiny kitchen, from only the freshest seasonal produce, bought that morning from the town market. This is a unique opportunity to truly mingle with the Italian locals.
	Enjoy authentic Italian cuisine - "If it's good enough for Jamie.." During our stay in Venice, we take a short boat ride to Burano Island for dinner at Trattorio al Gatto Nero. This intimate, yet renowned restaurant was voted by Jamie Oliver as his favourite authentic Italian restaurant in Italy and it features on his website and in his book 'Jamie Oliver does Italy'. 	Cook with a Michelin star chef Not many people get to join a master chef, at a manor house in the Normandy countryside, as he prepares their gastronomic dinner. Then to sit down in the award winning restaurant and enjoy the meal with a glass or two of local wine recommended by the in-house sommelier. 	Dine underneath the Reichstag dome We linger over a sumptuous dinner underneath the awe-inspiring glass dome constructed over the old Reichstag. Before this however, we are taken on a short private guided tour of the dome, surrounded by the lights of the Berlin summer's night.
	Vienna - The city of fine music and food On the last night of our Eastern European holiday, the Habsburgs' glorious Schönbrunn Palace is the venue for our special farewell dinner, followed by an evening concert featuring the music of Mozart and Strauss.
	Dine and dance, but not hungry, in Budapest The Hungarian reputation for sumptuous dinners and colourful folk music and dance is extended to our guests during our stay in Budapest, as we enjoy an evening of authentic Hungarian cuisine and local entertainment.
	An evening of Tapas and Flamenco Enjoy a 'Tapas' dinner followed by traditional Flamenco dancing performed in Seville's historical area of Santa Cruz, Spain.
